NOX also complies with applicable laws and respects internationally recognized human rights principles and takes necessary measures to prevent human rights violations that may arise in the course of its business activities and to provide appropriate protection and remedial measures.
NOX does not engage in unlawful discrimination in any aspect of employment, including recruitment, education and training, job placement, promotion, compensation, and benefits, on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, marital status, social status, political views, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
NOX provides employees with a safe and healthy working environment, as well as the protective equipment and safety training required for hazardous and high-risk work. In the event of an accident or illness occurring at work, necessary measures are promptly taken in accordance with relevant procedures.
NOX complies with the minimum employment age prescribed by applicable laws and prohibits child labor. We do not force employees to perform work against their free will through assault, threats, confinement, retention of identification documents, debt, or any other means.

NOX protects the safety, rights, and interests of customers and stakeholders in the course of providing products and services and does not mislead consumers through false or exaggerated advertising or information. We take necessary preventive and protective measures to ensure that the human rights of stakeholders are not violated in the course of our business activities.
NOX respects the personal information and privacy of employees, customers, and stakeholders. Personal information obtained in the course of business is lawfully collected, used, and retained in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures, and is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved. Personal information is protected through appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Reports and consultations received in accordance with our ESG, Ethics, and Human Rights policies are reviewed, investigated, and addressed based on the principles of objectivity, fairness, and confidentiality.
Reports and consultation requests are submitted via email.
We conduct an initial review to determine whether an investigation into the facts can be carried out.
When necessary, we review relevant materials and conduct investigations of the parties concerned.
The results of the review and investigation are communicated to the reporter within a reasonable period in accordance with internal procedures.
We implement follow-up measures, including preventive measures to prevent recurrence and appropriate protective measures.
